OUR CUISINE
Although La Moretta offers a vast variety of gastronomic specialties, it is best known for its selection of regional (Marche) and local (Ancona) recipes.

The Trattoria  also stocks an extensive wine collection, including some of the better known local wines. These include the "Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi", "Bianchello del Metauro", "Rosso Conero" and "Rosso Piceno".

La Ciotola. (Shrimp, chick peas, beans and noodles stew)
Tagliatelle al sugo di ostriche. (Flat egg noodles with oyster sauce)
Crespelle tutto mare. (Seafood crepes)
Spaghetti al sugo di scampi. (Spaghetti with shrimp sauce)
Brodetto all' Anconetana. (Hearty Adriatic fish soup - similar to bouillabaisse)
Costolette di agnello scottadito. (Grilled lamb chops)
Spigola al cartoccio. (Adriatic sea bass baked in parchment paper)
Stoccafisso all' Anconetana. (Salted cod - Ancona style)
